Fulltime Office Administrator / Parts Advisor – A Permanant Position
Location: Ace Autobody, Clonmel.
Ace Autobody Ltd, established in 1980, is Ireland's leading provider of crash repair services. With 16 bodyshops nationwide, we deliver expert automotive repairs for insurance companies, fleet operators, and private customers.
We are currently hiring for a Fulltime Office Administrator / Parts Advisor role to at our Ace Autobody Clonmel Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration, including filing, scanning, and document management
* Answering phones and responding to customer queries
* Dealing with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
* Providing updates on order and stock availability
* Supporting the preparation of paperwork for quotes
* Processing parts orders and deliveries
* Responding to invoice and order queries from customers
* Generating reports for accounts
* Maintaining accurate branch records
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and as part of a team
* A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to adapt
* Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
