Our client, a leading broker now based in the heart of Dublin City Centre, is looking to add a Mortgage Support Specialist to their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong mortgage underwriting skills, as well as previous experience in either a broker or multiple lenders.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with 2-3 years experience working in Mortgages who are looking to take their next step in the world of financial services.
The role:
* Work alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors, learning the intricacies of client consultations, suitability assessments, and mortgage product recommendations.
* Assist Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
* Maintain accurate client records on the system and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
* Build strong communication skills by liaising with clients, lenders, and the administration team.
* Actively participate in ongoing training programs designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor.
Requirements:
* QFA holder with direct mortgage experience and a strong work ethic. Mortgage underwriting experience would be advantageous.
* A keen interest in the financial services industry and a desire to further learn about mortgages.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A meticulous and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
