Cork Our client, a respected Tier 1 Building Contractor is seeking a Site-Based Document Controller/Site Administrator for a 12-month contract based on a site in Cork.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project documentation in line with quality and regulatory standards Maintain and update document control systems (electronic and physical) Ensure compliance with project requirements for all documents Track submittals, RFIs, schedules, and progress reports Record personnel hours and take meeting minutes Support Engineering and Project teams with administrative tasks Oversee document handover and archiving processes Create and maintain templates for future use Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams Drive issue resolution and follow-up with staff as needed Requirements: Minimum1 -3 years of experience in a Document Control/Site Administrator role Previous experience with abuilding contractor Proficiency inMS Office andAdobe Familiarity withdocument management systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to understand technical documentation and collaborate with technical teams Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as aDocument Controller/Site Administrator, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
