IT Field Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer to join our Service team and provide on-site technical support for our customers across the Connaught region.
* Install, train and offer technical on-site support for EPOS systems
* Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and provide IT assistance
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Must hold a third-level qualification in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics; proven capability will also be considered
2. Prior experience as Technical Support or Field/Installation engineer is desirable but not essential
3. An advantage would be retail/hospitality & hardware/systems knowledge. However, this is not mandatory
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with a full clean driving license. Full training is provided offering scope for career advancement within the organization.
