Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
Requirements
* Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
* Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
* Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
This is an evening shift position, working 5 days over 7 as agreed with the office manager. We are committed to excellence in the HORECA sector.
