Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, extracting products, and handling customer inquiries in a professional manner.



Key Responsibilities:

* Order Processing:

Process orders in a timely and efficient manner via phone, email, answering machine, or online portals.

* Product Extraction:

Extract products and generate supplier purchase orders.

* Customer Service:

Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide timely responses.



Requirements

* Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
* Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
* Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.



Work Environment

This is an evening shift position, working 5 days over 7 as agreed with the office manager. We are committed to excellence in the HORECA sector.
