Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Limerick (site-based, with occasional travel) Contract: Permanent (subject to successful completion of probation) Reports To: Associate Director Surveying About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure to a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and educational sectors. Youll work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, developing your skills in cost management and commercial delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing project costs and financial reporting Support procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages Help prepare monthly progress accounts and valuations Assist with cashflow forecasting and cost monitoring Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and maintain accurate records Participate in tender preparation and measurement tasks Provide ad-hoc support to senior surveyors as required Skills & Experience Required Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; Buildsoft/Cubit/Bluebeam advantageous) Excellent numerical and analytical ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure Full, clean drivers license Whats on Offer Competitive salary Bonus scheme Company pension Private healthcare Life assurance Professional membership fees covered Ongoing training and career development opportunities Employee referral incentives Social events and team activities
