Job Overview:
A key role has become available for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team within a leading global financial institution. This is a 12-month contract with flexible working arrangements from Dublin City Centre, supporting a high-performing squad focused on platform enhancements, process improvements, and exception handling across complex fund services systems.
About the Job:
* Gather, document and validate business requirements in line with agile delivery standards.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers and SMEs to ensure clarity and alignment.
* Own workflows, data flows and exception management across key business processes.
* Manage requirement traceability, change control, test planning and defect triage.
* Attend all agile ceremonies stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a tech in a financial services setting.
* Confident working across business and technology teams.
* Strong documentation, process modelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Agile delivery experience and a good understanding of the SDLC.
* Good SQL Experience.
* Bonus: Experience with fund accounting, financial operations, or data governance.
