Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment in line with company procedures.
Carry out routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Assist with loading, packing, assembling, and general production duties as needed.
Report any equipment faults, safety issues, or process deviations promptly.
Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Requirements Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing role an advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Good timekeeping, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
Flexibility to work shifts or overtime depending on production demands.
