Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to oversee the design, procurement and installation of mechanical systems in our pharma plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of selected projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting and scheduling.
* Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure projects meet client specifications.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
* Establish relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage project finances, including cost control and budgeting.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Work closely with directors and site managers to support and recommend strategies.
* Issue regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
* A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a project manager in construction with a mechanical background.
* Experience working with MEP engineering contractors or main contractors on life science projects.
* Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC and process systems, including their design, installation and operation.
* Ability to travel within Europe on occasion.
* Fully qualified driving license.
