We are seeking someone with extensive hands‑on experience, as we are an applied data science team operating in an agile and production orientated environment. Candidates who have only managerial, or architecture experience should not apply.
Responsibilities
* Development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements. Monitor solutions in production.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.
* Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap.
Required Applied Skills
* 2+ years of experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production orientated environment.
* 2+ years of experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions)
* Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
