This position plays a key role in payroll administration support, reporting, user management, and event coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reporting and administrative tasks on a monthly basis
* Maintenance and management of the employee management tool
* Providing specialist advice to employees and managers
* Email correspondence from the HR inbox and escalations
* Event planning and coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in payroll or accounting
* IPASS payroll qualification or equivalent
* Experience with SAP, Corepay, and Coretime systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
