Role Purpose:
To support our client network in the delivery of high‑quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring all services are completed in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance repairs, installations and servicing works in accordance with Aramark and client specifications.
* Adhere at all times to company procedures when working on client premises.
* Comply fully with all health & safety legislation and best working practices.
* Maintain all company-issued tools and equipment in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.
* Complete all required company and statutory compliance paperwork accurately and legibly.
* Participate in the out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out rota as required.
* Maintain a professional approach at all times and build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Source and procure equipment or materials to support efficient and timely service delivery.
* Ensure all required professional certifications and qualifications remain valid and up to date.
* Attend review and performance meetings when required.
* Maintain a clean, organised work area and dispose of waste materials in line with company procedures.
Site‑Specific Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
* Planned and reactive maintenance of fan coil units, strainers, CHW & LPHW pipework, commercial and domestic plumbing systems, valves and actuators, pump sets, AC split units, AHUs, drainage systems, WHBs and toilet facilities.
* DHW temperature monitoring, logging and site inspection walks.
* Liaison with specialist subcontractors for specific plant and equipment.
* Using the CAFM system to log, track and close facilities‑related issues efficiently.
* Working collaboratively with the wider Facilities Team to achieve operational goals.
* Operating within a Monday to Friday shift pattern (12:00pm – 9:00pm), flexibility negotiable.
* Supporting duties outside of core qualifications, where appropriate, to assist the Facilities Team.
Experience or familiarity with BMS systems, generators, sprinkler systems, UPS systems and electrical distribution is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Fully competent in servicing HVAC and boiler house equipment, including pumps, pressurisation units, make‑up units, vessels, pressure and expansion systems, and control panels.
* Refrigeration Craft Qualification – F‑Gas C&G 2009 Category 1.
* Formal training and certification in servicing split A/C systems and air handling units.
* GID gas qualification.
* RGI qualification desirable, with proven experience maintaining oil and gas boilers from domestic to commercial environments.
* Demonstrated experience working on large chiller installations and large AHU plant.
* Strong understanding of AHUs, ventilation ancillaries and associated control systems.
* Minimum of two years' post‑apprenticeship experience within a building services maintenance role.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Valid SafePass certification.
