Project Manager - Estates Expertise
The Project Manager will lead and deliver capital and maintenance projects across healthcare facilities. This includes managing budgets, procurement, and project teams efficiently to ensure facilities meet legislative, health & safety, and sustainability requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and delivering projects to achieve strategic objectives.
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to minimize costs.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, health & safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
* Supporting energy efficiency initiatives and risk management strategies.
Requirements:
* A Level 8 degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
* Membership or eligibility for Engineers Ireland, RIAI, or SCSI/RICS.
* At least three years' experience in project management or building services.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish construction, health & safety, and procurement legislation.
* Ability to travel between sites as needed.
