Job Title:
Culinary Production Lead
We are seeking a creative and passionate chef to lead our kitchen team in producing high-quality, small-batch food with care and consistency.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a wide variety of fresh, handmade meals, baked goods, and desserts to a high standard.
* Follow established recipes and production plans to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Production Manager to meet daily and weekly production targets.
* Ensure excellent food safety and hygiene practices in line with HACCP and company policies.
* Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal product ranges.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
* Manage stock rotation and support with ingredient prep, portioning, and labelling.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a professional kitchen or food production environment.
* A genuine passion for cooking and fresh, artisan food.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation and consistency.
* Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Flexible and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic.
* Culinary qualification is an advantage but not essential.
