Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery – Ensure the project programme is achieved, meeting all key milestones.
Team Leadership – Determine staff resources and communicate effectively with your project team.
Safety First – Implement and maintain the project Safety System, building an excellent safety culture.
Quality Assurance – Manage quality throughout the project lifecycle to ensure build outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
Cost Control – Oversee project costs, tightly managing preliminaries and subcontract packages.
Commercial Alignment – Work with the commercial team to deliver agreed project objectives.
Client Engagement – Maintain strong client relationships through transparent reporting, highlighting risks (operational and commercial), delays, and potential claims.
About You
Proven experience of a minimum 5+ as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure or roadworks.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Track record of managing safety, quality, programme, and cost on complex projects.
Commercially astute with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
