We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a not-for-profit organisation on a temporary basis here in Cork. The Administrator will oversee the records for volunteers and resolve any queries by email or phone. This is an approx. 8 week temporary contract for full-time hours with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to and resolve communications via emails and phone calls including enquires, applications, and issues.
2. Manage day-to-day administration including records for volunteers and contacts relating to the programme.
3. Editing & scanning of sensitive information for clients.
4. Updating internal CRM system.
5. Escalating client issues to manager.
Requirements:
6. Proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance.
7. Experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential.
8. A hands on and can-do attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership.
9. Time management and experience multi-tasking across concurrent projects.
10. Excellent verbal, written presentation/IT skills and communication skills.
11. Administration experience delivering excellent customer services.
12. Full clean driving license.
