The eCommerce Product Manager will be responsible foroverseeing the optimisation, continuous improvement and monitoring ofwww.three.ie and associated assets towards the achievement of our ChannelStrategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strongunderstanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital productmanagement. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teamsto ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our productstrategies in an Enterprise Agile model.
What else it involves:
Product Strategy and Vision:
* Developand execute the e-commerce product strategy aligned with company goals.
* Conductmarket research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitiveanalysis.
* Managethe relationship with 3rd Party Product vendors including affiliates toensure KPI's are met.
* Drivemeasurable customer and business value by identifying, prioritizing, anddelivering impactful product enhancements across digital commerceplatforms.
Product Development:
Leadthe end-to-end ecommerce product development process from ideation tolaunch.
Workclosely with UX/UI designers and journey teams to create user-friendly andvisually appealing product pages.
Collaboratewith developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of newproducts.
Project Management:
* Manageproduct development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on timeand within budget.
* Coordinatewith marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support productlaunches and campaigns from a technical perspective.
* Monitorand report on the performance of digital products, using data to driveimprovements.
Customer Experience:
* Workwith the Human Centred Design team to identify journey enhancements andoverall shop experience.
* ImplementA/B testing and other methods to continually improve product offerings.
* Gatherand analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Utiliseanalytics tools to track product performance, sales, and customerengagement.
* Generatereports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments atall levels in the organisation.
* Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
Affiliates and Partnerships:
* Optimisecurrent affiliate partnerships to drive conversion, taking a Digital Firstapproach.
* Monitorand report on affiliate performance.
* Identifynew profitable partnerships, onboard with key stakeholders across thebusiness.
Marketplace:
* Playan active role in the achievement of our Channel goals through theMarketplace programme.
* Actas a SME to inform decision making that ensures achievement of the Vision.
* Supportin the development and innovation of products and proposition to create astep change in online commercial performance.
The skills we are looking for:
* Exceptionalcommunication skills including PowerPoint, the ability to form packs andadapt to differing levels of stakeholder seniority.
* StrongCommercial acumen and the ability to tie back action to marginimprovement.
* Workshopfacilitation skills and the ability to bring the organisation “on thejourney”.
* Exceptionalstakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate at all levelswithin an organisation including the board.
* Athought leader within the space and a passion for execution.
* Strongcommercial awareness, understanding of market trends.
* Passionateabout learning with an understanding of Jobs to be Done, ConsumerPsychology and best practice customer journey’s/funnel effectiveness aplus.
* ProjectManagement Expertise, ideally in an Agile environment and the capacity to“get it done”.
* Exceptionaldata analysis skills and proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
* Excellentstrategic planning and business analysis skills, familiarisation with JIRA,MIRO, A/b Testing and GenAI technology advantageous.
* Relevantqualifications in a Digital discipline, Consumer Phycology, eCommerce or arelated field is preferred.
* Provenexperience in commercial analysis, web analytics, strategic planning, andcommercial roles would be ideal.
* Thisrole is ideal for a dedicated, dynamic and highly motivated individualwith a unique blend of technical and business skills, who is vocational indriving commercial performance.
