About the Role:
The company is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
1. Prepare month-end accounts and detailed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for senior management review;
2. SUPervise small teams as required working with them on budgeting forecasts cashflow Oversight of AP AR process improvement Statutory returns Tax returns Manage all areas Financial systems Pricing margin Involve transformative projects appropriate Finance Leader would need have following skills experience Qualified Accountant relevant background SME Strong IT skills Exceptional interpersonal abilities strong communicator Self-motivating capable own initiative.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, be able able work effectively under pressure timelines also possess sound analytical problem-solving abilities.
