To excel in this role, you will drive the efficient delivery of business objectives and day-to-day operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
 * Implement a culture of innovation to achieve success by promoting Blackbelt and Omni-channel strategies.
 * Manage colleagues to meet customer needs and develop targeted Customer Segmentation plans.
 * Grow sales and cross-sale activity to increase new customer acquisition while fostering positive relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
 * Optimize Branch activities daily to maximize capacity and efficiency.
 * Supervise team members undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles.
 * Coach colleagues on key Blackbelt learnings, including customer engagement and education.
 * Drive management of business development, lead generation, and cross-sales across the team.
