Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Front Office/Reservations Manager to lead our front office team in supporting other departments. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to drive sales and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the front office team, driving sales and maintaining a high level of service standards.
* Achieve targets with staff and management by ensuring maximum occupancy on high-demand dates.
* Create and enforce procedures that contribute to the smooth running of the office.
* Recruit and train new staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in front office management.
* Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
