We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to lead our financial analysis and reporting efforts. With over 30 years of experience in workforce management solutions, our organization is dedicated to delivering innovative software products across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide data-driven insights
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring general ledger integrity
* Oversee intercompany reconciliations and manage foreign currency transactions during consolidation
* Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, PAYE, and VIES
* Support the Chief Financial Officer with strategic financial planning and analysis
* Develop and implement end-to-end payroll processing procedures for group entities
* Manage supplier ledger and ensure timely payment of invoices
* Assist with special financial projects as needed
Requirements:
* Candidate must hold a part-qualified accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and management accounting
* Strong knowledge of Irish tax regulations and laws
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
* Able to meet deadlines, analyze complex financial data, and present clear insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
