Key Analytics Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data storyteller to join our team as an Analytics Visionary. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and building powerful dashboards in Tableau that visualize key metrics related to engineering velocity, software quality, and operational health.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will own the analytics vision, designing, building, and maintaining a suite of powerful, intuitive dashboards in Tableau. They will tell the story with data, translating complex system and process data into clear, compelling visual stories that guide team priorities and inform leadership on strategic opportunities. Additionally, they will build the data foundation, independently architecting and implementing data pipelines required for analysis, including defining data models and building robust ETL processes to feed our analytics platforms.
Requirements:
* Tableau Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Tableau is mandatory.
* Expert ETL and Data Pipeline Development: Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines is required.
* Technical Acumen: A solid background in software development is necessary, with strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
* Strong SQL Foundation: Deep expertise in writing complex, efficient SQL to query and manipulate large, intricate datasets is essential.
* Cloud Proficiency (AWS): Hands-on experience building and deploying data solutions on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is preferred.
