Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist
The role involves working as a senior occupational therapist within the occupational therapy department, providing high-quality services that reflect professional standards and ethics.
* Initial assignment will be to the REACH Training Programme with supervision and support from the Occupational Therapy Manager and other colleagues.
Key responsibilities include engaging in client-centered assessment and practice with adults affected by mental health challenges.
* Candidates must possess registration or eligibility for registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
* They require clinical experience working with adults with mental health challenges, knowledge of principles of working with neurodiverse individuals, and understanding of vocational rehabilitation to recovery.
This is a senior-level position with high expectations of professionalism, skill, and adaptability.
It is expected that selected candidates will have excellent communication skills, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their approach to work.
