This role is an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. You will leverage your technical expertise in specific products and industries to develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.
Main Responsibilities
The following responsibilities include:
* Leading the configuration and modification of our products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases.
* Engaging with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions.
* Identifying and defining development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
* Providing consultation to prospects, clients, and partners on integration strategies and best practices.
* SUPPORTING SALES IN SOLUTIONING AND MANDATING DEAL STAGES FOR PRICING, PIPELINE PLANNING, AND ACCOUNT PLANNING.
* Guiding the creation of system-to-system integration channels, including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and the development and testing required to meet the highest standards in integration design.
* Anticipating future challenges, devising strategies to address them, initiating and guiding actions as necessary to sustain a stable product with positive client outcomes.
* Owning ongoing operation and growth of the product, including serving as a technical subject matter expert and a primary contact for the product roadmap.
* Providing oversight of end-to-end client experience, including management of client servicing strategy, adherence to servicing level agreements, and assistance in resolving questions/customer escalations.
* Actively assisting in creating a positive team culture, ensuring the adoption of an agile mindset, and supporting team development and transformation.
