- 1:00pm, with a day off during the week in lieu of a Saturday worked About Us: SONAS is a leading brand and manufacturer of high-quality bathroom products.We are dedicated to innovation, design excellence, and customer satisfaction.Our core values which guide our actions are Support, Openness, New Thinking, Ambition, and Sustainability.Our Vision is to be the brand that inspires you to reimagine bathrooms.Our Mission is to create long lasting, stylish and sustainable products, expertly crafted; and supported with exceptional customer service.The Role: As a Showroom Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a refined, luxury showroom experience.Through meaningful consultation and expert product guidance, you'll help customers reimagine their bathroom as a space of style, comfort, and function.This role brings together personalised customer engagement, sales support, immaculate showroom presentation, and precise administrative coordination to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the showroom and identify their needs, style preferences, and budget requirements.Provide professional advice on bathroom products, including furniture, brassware, ceramics, and accessories etc.Host retail customers and guide them in depth through the full product range.Prepare accurate quotations and, when required, process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.Proactively follow up on quotations to support customer decision-making and drive sales conversion.Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews, supporting the company's online presence and reputation.Maintain and manage showroom calendar, including customer appointments and visits.Prepare monthly Excel reports for management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Liaise with Sales Area Managers and the Customer Experience department to support orders and resolve queries.Maintain high showroom standards and presentation, ensuring materials and amenities are well stocked (e.g.brochures, measuring tapes, refreshments).Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming, organised, and aligned with brand standards at all times.Be available to support and work at trade shows and external events in which the company participates, as part of the showroom advisor role.Skills and Attributes Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone/email.High attention to detail, particularly in quotations, follow-ups, and reporting.Comfortable using Excel and basic administrative systems.Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.Interest in interior design, bathrooms, or home improvement is desirable.Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail based, customer facing role Previous experience in a showroom, particularly in the bathroom industry, would be an advantage Experience within general interiors or home improvement would also be desirable, but not essential What We Offer Competitive salary
