DescriptionResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials.Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.ResponsibilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Security, or equivalent work experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.Demonstrated experience managing the design, build, and construction phases of physical security projects (5+ years preferred).Proven skills in program/project planning, tracking, and execution in dynamic environments.Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a large, global enterprise.Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems.Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.QualificationsCareer Level - IC4
