Derek Eakin Ltd, a clothing distributor located in Cootehill, Co. Cavan, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team
Responsibilities include:
* Receiving and Processing orders via phone, email, and online orders.
* Answering all inbound calls and addressing customer needs.
* Entering sales orders, picking, and packing.
* Smooth running of sales floor, liaising with other warehouse staff ensuring orders and dispatched in a timely manner.
* Ordering seasonal stock via online portals
* Preparing order details for warehouse staff
* Liaise with Sales representatives to update on stock movement and sales data.
* Maintaining sales website, updating new stock, and setting up customer logins.
* Taking in deliveries, ensuring quantities are correct and distributing them to shelves or storage.
* Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help where necessary.
* Ensuring stock levels are maintained and updating relevant departments of stock levels.
* Maintain and update sales and customer records.
* Stay up to date with new products and features.
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Clever System or similar garment software
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Highly Organized and ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent listening and communication skills
