The PositionBarry & Byrne Kitchens Ltd. currently have an opportunity for a full-time experienced kitchen design / sales professional to be part of our high performing, close knit team based in our showroom in Briarhill Business Park, Galway.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, focused and target driven individual to build a long-term career, earn a substantial salary and commission, while delivering Irish made kitchens and bedrooms that are manufactured to the highest standard in the market today.Candidates with previous experience of kitchen design, kitchen sales, carpentry, or construction will also be considered.Core Responsibilities:Liaise with customers from the initial meeting through to completion.Design and sell fitted kitchens and wardrobes.Up-sell our full suite of products and services.Identify and develop new and ongoing business opportunities.Achieve/exceed sales targets in line with the business strategy.Communicate effectively with our customers, manufacturing facility, contractors, and approved suppliers.The candidates should have the following abilities and experience:Proven kitchen industry sales track record.Strong interpersonal skills.Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.A flair for design and a passion for excellence.Ability to work and utilise design software.Excellent communication and negotiating skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountOn-site parkingExperience:Kitchen Sales: 1 year (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
