We are expanding our Administration team and are looking for a Solar PV Grants Administrator to join us. This role is key to ensuring energy grants are applied for and processed efficiently and in a timely manner.This role involves working closely with customers, installation teams, BER Assessors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to manage various grant applications.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit NC6 applications to the ESB on behalf of customers.Schedule BER assessments with BER Assessors.Liaise with our BER Assessors to ensure timely completion of assessments and paperwork.Upload grant documentation to SEAI portal.Deal with customer queries .Collate and organise all relevant documentation from installation teams to allow for prompt turnaround of grant paperwork.Handle queries from government bodies such as SEAI, ensuring quick turnaround of same.Assist with continuous improvement and process improvements relating to areas noted above.Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the company.About You:Highly motivated with strong attention to detail – to ensure a 'right first time' approach to all documentation, paperwork and data entry.Self-organised with a proactive 'can do' attitude. Willing to learn new processes and develop same as and when required.Works well both independently and within a team.A strong communicator who builds strong working relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders such as customers, BER assessors, SEAI personnel.Efficient time management and prioritisation skills.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Experience with SEAI Grants is not essentially but advantageous).Experience in the energy or construction sector would also be advantageous.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
