About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks preparing and signing legal documents and working closely with consulates and embassies.
1. Main Duties:
* Document Preparation: Prepare and sign legal documents ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Document Coordination: Coordinate documents requiring legalization working closely with consulates and embassies to facilitate the process.
* Administrative Support: Provide varied administrative support including uploading documents to an internal system printing scanning and ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Background: Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or executive assistance preferably in a legal or compliance environment.
* Skills: Highly organized with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel and Outlook.
