Marketing Activation Coordinator Role
As a key member of our local team, you will play a critical role in executing marketing strategies within the cluster organisation. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a focus on multiple customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Marketing Execution: Coordinate and execute local communications, campaigns, website activations, social media, and promotions, working closely with agencies to ensure effective campaign implementation.
2. Digital Content Creation: Develop and localise digital content and print materials to enhance customer engagement at various touchpoints, including events such as fairs and dealer events.
3. Channel Prioritisation: Support Trade Shop and Marketing Lead in channel prioritisation, annual planning, and activities like Black Friday, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Marketing Budget Management: Collaborate with the Lead to manage local marketing and advertising budgets, shop-in-shop displays, and digital activation plans.
5. Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist Business Development Managers in translating marketing strategies into effective plans, working closely with retailer marketing teams to drive results.
6. Event Coordination: Support Product Trainers and Culinary Experts in running training events and cooking sessions for B2B and D2C audiences.
7. Retailer Partnerships: Coordinate local display executions with retailers and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective promotion execution.
8. Trade Fair Participation: Plan and participate in trade fairs and customer activation events, showcasing new products and driving brand awareness.
9. Selling Tools Development: Assist in creating selling tools for the local team, ensuring effective communication flow to retail partners and employees.
10. Service Team Collaboration: Execute marketing activities in collaboration with Service teams, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with ongoing learning and professional development.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a premium-brand or consumer goods industry, preferably with experience in local market activation.
* Motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and positive influence, with ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively.
* Creative thinker, capable of adapting global campaigns for local audiences, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
* Commercially-minded individual with excellent communication skills in the local language, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
* Willingness to travel within the country to build B2B relationships and drive business growth.
