They have an exceptional culture and genuinely value their employees, with a strong focus on long-term relationships, professional development, and delivering excellence across everything they do.My client is seeking an accomplished property professional to join theirNew Homes divisionas aDevelopment Manager / Associate Director.This is a senior, client-facing role responsible forleading sales initiatives, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional service to developers, investors, and purchasers.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the continued growth of the New Homes business and further strengthening my client's position as a market leader.Role Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers and clientsContribute to strategic growth plans for the New Homes departmentDrive sales performance across multiple developmentsLead end-to-end delivery of schemes, from pre-launch planning through to final unit salesOversee pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and launch eventsProvide expert guidance to clients on market trends and buyer behaviourBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery of tailored solutionsTravel to development sites and attend off-site client meetings as requiredSupport and mentor junior team membersWork closely with colleagues across different departments to maximise opportunitiesMonitor and analyse market activity, providing regular updates and reportsRepresent my client at industry events and networking forumsRole Requirements:PSRA Licence BMinimum of 5 years' experience in New HomesProven track record in New Homes sales and consultancy, ideally within a leading agency or developerStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectivelyExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressureDemonstrated leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing junior team membersA professional property qualification (IPAV, SCSI, RICS or equivalent) is desirableWorking Arrangement & Benefits:Hybrid working model – 2 days per week working from homeFlexible working hours, supporting a strong work-life balanceOpportunity to work with a highly respected brand that genuinely values its people and culture
