Excellent opportunity for an experiencedConstruction Site Managerbased in Louth who will take responsibility for the commercial and technical management of our project on site. Role will oversee all onsite activities ensuring all tasks are completed in the safest way possible within specification, on time and on budget to the highest quality standards and in line with Company Minimum Requirement.Day to Day of the Role:Plan, manage, and monitor the construction work while promoting high standards.Design documentation, project programme and construction methodologies for project.Delegate, manage and coordinate activities in line with the Minimum Requirements standardEnsure all plant equipment are fit for purpose and inspected.Review of all third party RAMS / SSOW and production of methodology sequencingInvestigate events of an incident on site.Communicate daily briefing with all supervisors, employees and contractorsReport on programme progress identifying risks and opportunities to project completion.Carry out site H&S inspections/audits as required by Company Minimum RequirementManaging Subcontractor performance on site and escalating issues to the project manager.Ensure ongoing compliance with the following during construction phase: Environmental Plan / Waste Management Plan / Construction H&S Plan / Emergency Plan / Project Schedule.Required skills for this role:IOSH Safety, Health and Environment for Construction Site Managers (SHE)3-5 years + experience working in multi-discipline site based project5 years + construction experience preferably in trades/supervision roleKnowledge of the water industry and related construction methodology, equipment and processes would be beneficialStrong organisational and planning skillsExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsThe ability to lead, manage and proactively participate in project teamsThe ability to gather information and consult with the correct team members to resolve problems as they arise.If interested in role please forward an updated CV to
