Process Safety Expert
We seek a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Process Safety Engineer. Delivering complex projects in various sectors, we require a candidate with expertise in originating and checking sizing calculations for Pressure Relief Valves, Bursting/Rupture Discs, and Conservation & Breather Vents according to International Standards in API.
* Generating Pressure Relief Philosophy documents is also essential.
* Solving potentially complex process systems for pressure relief solution options is a key responsibility.
* The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced Process Engineers working on PRD calculations.
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A degree in Chemical or Process Engineering is required.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
* Candidates must have minimum 15 years' experience in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical process design, preferably with an EPC firm working on PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment sizing and PRD calculations.
