Responsibilities Build, lead, and scale a high-performing regional field sales team, setting the tone for culture, performance, and customer focus.
Recruit, onboard, and coach field representatives, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and development of individual potential.
Develop and execute territory plans, sales strategies, and performance metrics to drive residential and small business growth.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvements to optimise efficiency and results.
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to manage leads, maximise conversion, and represent the company at events and local initiatives.
Requirements 35 years of sales experience, with proven success in high-paced field sales environments At least 12 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating accountability and a results-driven culture.
Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills, with a track record of developing individuals to achieve their potential.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive growth.
Full drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally; entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast-scaling environments.
