Production Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing all production operations, establishing standards of performance, measuring results, analyzing workflow and troubleshooting problems.

This is a high-volume production role that requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data and presenting actionable insights. The ability to collaborate with all levels of the business is essential.
Requirements
* At least 5 years experience in an Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facility
* General manufacturing operations experience in a similar high-volume production role
* Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
* Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights
* The ability to collaborate with all levels of the business

Skills and Qualifications
* BSc in Engineering or equivalent in a related technical discipline
* A third-level qualification is desirable but your experience and passion matter most
* Working knowledge of IQMS would be an advantage
