Job Title: Artwork Planning Co-Ordinator
Cpl in partnership with our client Pfizer is seeking an Artwork Planning Co-Ordinator to join their team for an 11-month fixed-term contract at the Newbridge site. This is an onsite role.
Position Summary
The role involves Packaging Component Change Management, ensuring the accurate creation, maintenance, and technical approval of all artworks, related documentation, and systems in line with regulatory timelines. The coordinator will liaise with the plant, markets, and the outsourced artwork creation centre to ensure compliant, timely supply of packaged products.
General Responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to site policies, cGMP, and safety regulations.
* Execute responsibilities following 'Right First Time' principles.
* Resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
* Manage validated artworks system transactions and internal requests for artwork amendments, maintaining compliance.
* Review and approve artwork components technically.
* Create new components in SAP and generate related specifications.
* Develop new Bills of Materials and production versions in SAP, managing effectivity dates and documentation.
* Act as the key site contact with Pfizer market contacts.
* Generate New Product Introduction Questionnaires and oversee end-to-end artwork creation and launch activities.
* Monitor tasks to meet department metrics.
* Report to the department manager.
Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
* Creating artwork briefs and conducting Machine Compatibility Technical Reviews.
* Liaising with artwork contractors, Pfizer Country Offices, and global packaging teams.
* Managing documentation related to change control and maintaining records in ePALMS.
* Ensuring specifications are available and up-to-date for production.
* Maintaining GMP documents such as Packaging Specifications, Purchasing Specifications, and New Product Introduction Questionnaires.
* Loading and maintaining packaging and purchasing data in SAP, including Bills of Materials and Material Masters.
* Liaising with planning teams to align production plans with market demand.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Third-level qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, or Science preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics; pharma industry experience and artwork knowledge are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; strong communication and organizational skills are required.
