Production Team Supervisor Exciting opportunity to join a successful and progressive engineering company in Cavan as a Production Team Supervisor! THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading and innovative company in the power technology industry. They specialize in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge power solutions that serve various sectors. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are now seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team! THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be based on site in Cavan and will be responsible for the following: Overseeing daily operations like workflow management and monitoring KPIs. Ensuring quality of production and that all workers follow correct procedure and standards. Managing inventory (raw materials, tools, machinery) and mentoring junior staff. Ensuring all production records are properly documented. Managing a team of 5 production Team Leads (in charge of 60 production workers) Alternating between bi-weekly shift patterns of 6am-2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to candidates with the following background: A strong people management background is essential (3-5 years as a Team Lead/1-2 years as a supervisor) Production/Manufacturing experience is a requirement. An engineering background is advantageous, particularly electrical. Ideal for an experienced manufacturing team lead looking to take the next step up into a supervisor role!
