You will play an important role in the strategy and business planning processes (Manufacturing and MSAT), ensuring cross functional collaboration and leadership execution.
Lead and mentor technology transfer teams from initial project kick-off to commercial manufacturing support.
Liaise internally and with clients to develop the PPQ strategy and execution of projects onsite.
Scale-up through technology/process transfer to clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Utilize fundamental engineering principles relevant to bioprocess unit operations for scale-up and technology transfer.
Plan and execute small-scale validation studies.
Responsible for manufacturing process validation plans, protocols and reports.
Design, execute and document experiments to support manufacturing improvements and investigations.
Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of production challenges which are process related.
Responsible for providing manufacturing with critical process information necessary for maintaining consistent product supply, now and in the future.
Monitor production and lab processes using statistical tools for trending, analysing and when appropriate modelling the data.
Able to lead science-based risk assessments to support decision making for Quality and Manufacturing.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of any scientific experimental plan, data and report.
Test the feasibility of new manufacturing processes.
Participate in due diligence efforts for evaluation of products or technologies.
Lead/participate in cross-functional project teams.
Author scientific reports and publications.
