Responsibilities

Lead by example in delivering high‑quality nursing care and ensure all residents’ clinical needs are met and continuously monitored.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, review, and update individualised care plans tailored to each resident.
Support and mentor junior nurses and care assistants, providing guidance and training to maintain high clinical standards.
Ensure safe and accurate administration of medication in line with established protocols and documentation requirements.
Maintain open and effective communication with residents’ families, addressing concerns and keeping them informed and involved in care decisions.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMBI PIN.
Minimum of 2 years’ post‑registration experience in an Irish nursing environment with strong experience in elderly care or nursing home settings.
Sound knowledge of nursing practices, with a focus on elderly care, medication management, and person‑centred care.
Demonstrated passion for delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to older adults.

Senior Enhanced Nurse – ICU
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in intensive care nursing practice.
Operate ICU equipment and guide staff in its proper use.
Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives.

Bank Nurse – Renal Dialysis Unit
Job Type: Zero hour, flexiblePay: €23.00 per hour
