Life Sciences Solution Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and respected professional to lead our Life Sciences Solutions team. As a catalyst for innovation, you will be responsible for driving technical innovation in strategic segments.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with turnkey projects, delivering validated projects and technical sales support
* An understanding of HVAC design for Aseptic, Clean Room & Pharma manufacturing
* Experience in solution design for greenfield major projects & brownfield renovations
* Knowledge of Life Sciences Industry regulatory requirements including regional regulations
* Excellent experience in integrated Facility design with IoT
* Strong public speaking capability and experience

You will be responsible for:
* Supporting work winning activities to drive growth and profitability in the Life Science segment
* Becoming the trusted advisor to our most valued customers
* Building and animating a community of local solution architects
* Positioning our value propositions into solutions that provide innovation and differentiation by addressing customer needs, processes, and technical challenges
* Enabling Strategic Account Sales Executives and Key Account Managers to win business by coaching them on solutions and supporting their sales pursuits
Responsibilities
You will also:
* Lead the definition of the technical solution, capture customer use cases, and clearly explain the business value of the solution to meet customer expectations
* Work collaboratively across the company portfolio and with 3rd party vendors to define, develop, and deliver solutions that address customer needs
* Work with local project teams and the Solution Architect to influence the project design specification
