Your New Role:

As a Practice Accountant Advisory, you will act as a key advisor to clients across the Roscrea and Templemore regions. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering strategic insights and financial guidance to help clients make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of clients across the Roscrea and Templemore offices, providing tailored advisory services in areas such as cashflow forecasting, business planning, budgeting, and succession planning.

• Advisory Services: Deliver integrated solutions by working collaboratively with internal tax, audit, and financial planning teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client assignments to a high professional standard.

• Consulting Opportunities: Proactively identify consulting opportunities and support wider business development, contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of the firm's advisory services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent)

• Solid experience in a practice environment, ideally with exposure to advisory or consulting projects

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, solution-driven mindset

• Confidence in managing client relationships and interpreting financial data for strategic advice
