Company Intro / Summary A leading Project and Cost Management Consultancy in Dublin is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career QS to gain exposure to a wide variety of projects while receiving hands-on mentorship from senior professionals in a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
Support senior quantity surveyors with cost management and project monitoring throughout all phases.
Contribute to value engineering exercises and cost benchmarking.
Attend site visits and assist in progress valuations and project reporting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure accurate cost control and timely project delivery.
Help maintain up-to-date records of costs, measurements, and project variations.
Work with software tools to support the delivery of financial reports and final accounts.
Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
12 years experience in a quantity surveying or cost consultancy environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with cost software is a plus.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a consultancy setting.
Working towards chartership (SCSI/RICS) is desirable.
Package €45,000 - €50,000 DOE Clear path to chartership with structured training and support.
