Job Role: Design and Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, prototype, test, and verify medical devices for market release.
* Conduct product testing and evaluation to support design selection.
* Prepare and present design reviews to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate product risks through analysis and management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant roles.
* Strong project planning and execution skills.
* Knowledge of anatomy and physiology for informed design decisions.
* Excellent mechanical design skills with understanding of engineering fundamentals and medical device materials.
