The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of trainee, part-qualified and qualified accountants. They must ensure the quality and timely completion of audit work, while also maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
 * To manage and motivate a team of auditors to achieve exceptional results.
 * To develop and implement effective audit strategies that meet client needs.
 * To maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
 * A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA).
 * At least 5 years' experience in a practice environment.
 * Previous experience managing small teams.
 * Solid understanding of the audit process.
 * Good communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
