What You’ll Be Responsible For
As a Senior Manager, KYC, you will oversee the daily operations of Circle’s KYC team within Compliance Operations, managing regional teams responsible for B2B customer onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews.
What You'll Work On
* Managing customer KYC, onboarding, and review processes for corporate clients, including policy documentation.
* Leading a team of analysts performing KYC activities.
* Supervising contractors, monitoring work quality and productivity.
* Collaborating with business units and resolving complex issues.
* Conducting enhanced due diligence meetings with customers.
* Leading compliance projects of varying scales.
* Enhancing AML and sanctions programs.
* Maintaining high standards of documentation and process quality.
* Partnering with engineering and product teams for technological support.
* Staying updated on regulatory and enforcement developments in crypto.
What You’ll Bring To Circle

* B.A./B.S. degree; technical or quantitative degree preferred.
* 10+ years’ experience in AML/KYC for corporate clients, including process design and implementation.
* 3+ years managing analyst teams.
* Strong leadership, relationship management, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or consulting is preferred.
* Certifications like CAMS, CFCS, or CFE are advantageous.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and MacBook preferred.
