Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for maintaining Production Test Equipment to maximize Quality, Output and Yield in a High Volume Manufacturing Environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Guidelines.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical skillset of a mechanical nature and be able to apply Root Cause and Problem Solving to troubleshoot Production Line Issues and optimize or repair Production Test Equipment quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Production Test Equipment to maximize Quality, Output and Yield in a High Volume Manufacturing Environment.
* Apply Root Cause and Problem Solving to troubleshoot Production Line Issues.
* Optimize or repair Production Test Equipment quickly and efficiently.
* Execute Preventative Maintenance activities.
* Complete all documentation clearly and concisely in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practice) Guidelines.
* Liaise with Cross-Functional Teams to communicate and manage operational inputs.
* Assist with the commissioning of new Production Test Equipment.
* Maintain appropriate stock of spare parts.
* Cross-Train new Test Technicians as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
NFQ Level 6 Qualification in Technology, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics or similar required.
A Technical skillset of a mechanical nature is essential for this role.
Availability to work shift patterns is a must.
Experience in a Regulated Manufacturing Environment is highly desirable.
