A reputable organization is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of airline customer accounts, rent and invoicing processes, and support colleagues in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage designated portfolios of airline customer accounts.
* Coordinate rent and invoicing procedures.
* Support colleagues and associated teams.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
* Schedule and manage lease contract events.
* Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
* Nurture relationships with internal teams.
* Contribute to IT projects.
* Ensure accurate data input and maintenance.
* Monitor and address customer feedback.
Requirements:
* At least two years' experience in a support, process improvement or similar operations role.
* Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is an asset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Aviation industry experience is beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong Microsoft Office and process improvement skills.
