Full-time | Monday to Friday | €18.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualification)
Cookies Early Learning Centre (ELC), Celbridge branch, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Early Years Educator / Room Leader to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working collaboratively with another staff member in one of our early years classrooms.

* Contract Type: Permanent, on-site
* Salary: €16.00 – €18.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the daily operations of your room alongside another team member
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
* Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks
* Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team
* Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and company policies
Requirements:
* Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education (required)
* Experience working in an early years setting (room leadership experience an advantage)
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about early childhood education and inclusion
