ISO 50001 certified Energy Management System which includes monitoring the energy performance of the systems that use the most energy, called Significant Energy Users (SEU). The creation of the metrics, trends and dashboards required to review SEU energy performance is part of the scope that Intel intends to outsource to enable Intel’s facilities engineers to focus on performance analysis to drive continuous improvement in energy performance.
Responsibilities
Energy Monitoring & Targeting - Energy Performance Indicator (EnPI) development using SEEQ and i4 Connected energy data management systems
Facilities asset energy data extraction, analysis and reporting
Working with Facilities system owners to maintain and continuously improve energy performance monitoring trends, dashboards and metrics.
Support for ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification
Problem solving and data analysis.
Report writing & presentations.
Qualifications
Have an academic background minimum Level 8 degree in Energy Engineering or related discipline.
At least two years’ experience with facilities data management systems across multiple sites including Cimplicity, Scada Portal, i4 Connected and SEEQ Discovery platform to support development of Energy Performance Indicators.
Specific IT knowledge of databases such as SQL, analysis tools Microsoft excel
Good knowledge of instrumentation, metering, engineering units conversion.
Be a self‑starter and good team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude to problem solving and goal setting. Knowledge of facilities systems such as chillers, HVAC, boilers, pumps & fans.
Be well disciplined in regard to policies and procedures and have a keen eye for detail.
